LYO_PRIMARY_DRY

Primary-drying stage supervisor: shelf-setpoint ramp, chamber-pressure setpoint, sublimation-rate estimate and collapse-temperature protection.

Validated application blockLS · LyophilizationIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use LYO_PRIMARY_DRY when the primary-drying stage of a lyophilisation cycle is run at a fixed shelf temperature and chamber pressure, and product temperature has to be kept below the formulation's collapse or eutectic-melt temperature for the whole of it.
