LIQUID_BLEND_RATIO

Inline ratio blending of a minor stream to a main flow, with achieved-ratio verification and low-flow cut-off.

Validated application blockF&B · MixingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use LIQUID_BLEND_RATIO when a minor stream (concentrate, colour, acid, brine, nitrogen) is metered inline in proportion to a main product flow, and the achieved ratio has to be verified rather than assumed.
