LEAK_TEST_PRESSURE

Pressure-decay leak test: charge, stabilise, isolate and measure the decay against a limit, with a held per-part verdict and a consecutive-reject stop.

Validated application blockCPG · AssemblyIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use LEAK_TEST_PRESSURE when an assembled part, closure or pack is proven leak-tight by pressure or vacuum decay in a fixture, and every part has to leave the station with a verdict the diverter can act on.

Supervised control write

LEAK_TEST_PRESSURE commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
