ISOLATOR_LEAK_TEST

Isolator and RABS pressure-decay leak test with temperature compensation and result validity.

Validated application blockLS · EnvironmentIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use ISOLATOR_LEAK_TEST when a sealed isolator, RABS or transfer chamber has to be leak-tested by pressure decay before a campaign, and the hourly leak rate has to be recorded against an acceptance limit.

Supervised control write

ISOLATOR_LEAK_TEST commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
