INTERLOCK_MATRIX
Breaker interlock matrix: publishes a close permit per breaker from the operating mode and the present topology, and latches an unauthorised parallel.
When to use it
Use INTERLOCK_MATRIX when a switchboard has a utility breaker, a generator breaker and a bus-section tie, and the set of topologies that may exist depends on an operating mode — utility only, standby with no parallel, parallel permitted, or maintenance.
