IMPORT_EXPORT_CTRL
Utility-tie import/export regulation at the intertie meter, with a no-export floor and export annunciation.
When to use it
Use IMPORT_EXPORT_CTRL when generation runs in parallel with the utility and the controlled quantity is the flow at the INTERTIE METER — a fixed import, a zero-export condition, or a contracted export — rather than the machine's own output.
