IDLE_RATED_RAMP
Idle-to-rated speed reference with warm-up hold, hot-start and emergency bypasses, cool-down ramp, and an at-rated permissive proved from measured speed.
When to use it
Use IDLE_RATED_RAMP when an engine-driven set starts at idle, holds there to warm up, then ramps to rated speed before its breaker may close — and the load permissive must be evidence that the machine actually got there, not that a setpoint did.
