GOV_SPEED_CTRL

Engine speed / frequency PI controller with speed droop, synchroniser and load-sharing bias, and a clamped fuel demand.

Validated application blockGen · Governor & AVRIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use GOV_SPEED_CTRL when a generator set's prime mover is controlled from a speed or frequency measurement — isochronous on an island or on droop in parallel — and the fuel demand has to accept trims from a synchroniser and a load-sharing line.
