GEN_PRIORITY_ROTATE
Run-hours balancing across up to four sets: which machine starts next, which stops next, and a hysteresis that stops the choice flickering.
When to use it
Use GEN_PRIORITY_ROTATE when a plant of up to four interchangeable sets runs fewer machines than it owns, and the duty must rotate so the fleet wears evenly instead of one lead set accumulating every hour.
