FILL_VOLUME_CTRL

Net-weight fill control with coarse/fine cut-off, adaptive in-flight trim and reject on out-of-tolerance.

Validated application blockLS · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use FILL_VOLUME_CTRL when containers are filled to a target volume on a weigh cell — vials, syringes, bottles, IV bags — and each container's delivered volume has to be judged against a tolerance and rejected when it misses.

Supervised control write

FILL_VOLUME_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
