FILLER_CTRL

Net-weight / volumetric filler with no-container no-fill, settling capture and self-trimming cut-off.

Validated application blockF&B · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use FILLER_CTRL when a rotary or linear filler doses product into a container against a load cell or a mass flow meter, the achieved quantity has to be checked against a declared tolerance, and the valve must never open without a container under it.

Supervised control write

FILLER_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
