ENERGY_BASELINE
Daily energy totalising against a baseline, compared PRO RATA through the day with an end-of-period projection and gap accounting.
When to use it
Use ENERGY_BASELINE when a site or a hall has a metered kW and an agreed daily energy baseline — last year's metered day, a contracted allowance, or a model output — and needs to know before the day ends whether it is running over.
