DR_BASELINE_CBL

Customer baseline load over a rolling ten clean cycles, with a capped day-of adjustment and measured delivered reduction.

Validated application blockMG · Frequency & DRIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DR_BASELINE_CBL when demand-response performance is settled against a customer baseline load — a 10-of-10 or high-N-of-N rule — and the controller has to compute both the baseline and the delivered reduction from its own metering.
