When to use it

Use DOWNTIME_TRACKER when a line's running status and an operator-selected reason code are both in the PLC, and the shift's downtime has to be split by cause with mean time between failures and mean time to repair reported alongside it.

Supervised control write

DOWNTIME_TRACKER commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
