When to use it

Use DOOR_ACCESS_CTRL when a controlled door — white-space entry, plant room, loading bay, cage gate — is released from an access-control system and the site has to be able to show, per door, when it was opened and whether it was ever forced or held.

Supervised control write

DOOR_ACCESS_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
