DIGESTER_TEMP_CTRL

Anaerobic digester temperature control on a sludge recirculation heat-exchanger loop, with recirculation proof, overtemperature trip and deviation supervision.

Validated application blockW/WW · Sludge & DigestionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DIGESTER_TEMP_CTRL when an anaerobic digester is heated by pumping sludge through an external heat exchanger fed from a hot-water circuit, and the exchanger's water-side valve is modulated to hold the digester at its mesophilic or thermophilic setpoint.
