DIGESTER_GAS_MON

Digester gas envelope on methane, hydrogen sulphide and gasholder pressure, with relief call, withdrawal trip and separate utilisation and flare permits.

Validated application blockW/WW · Sludge & DigestionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DIGESTER_GAS_MON when digester gas is measured for methane and hydrogen sulphide and the gasholder or digester roof pressure is monitored, and that envelope has to decide whether gas may be sent to a CHP engine, may only be flared, or must not be drawn off at all.

Supervised control write

DIGESTER_GAS_MON commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
