DEWATER_POLYMER_TRIM

Dewatering polymer dose trimmed on centrate or filtrate clarity, bounded as a percentage of the feed-forward dose, with mass-flow totalising and a blind fallback to feed-forward.

Validated application blockW/WW · Sludge & DigestionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DEWATER_POLYMER_TRIM when a centrifuge or belt press is dosed with polymer at a dose set from the solids loading, and a centrate or filtrate turbidity measurement is available to trim that dose against the capture actually being achieved.
