DCW_SOFTENER_TRAIN
Duplex base-exchange softener: service/standby vessel selection, volume- and hardness-triggered changeover, and a supervised four-step regeneration.
When to use it
Use DCW_SOFTENER_TRAIN when makeup to a cooling tower (or to a humidifier / steam-humidification header) passes through a duplex base-exchange softener, so that one vessel treats while the other stands by regenerated, and hardness must never reach the tower unannounced.

DCW_SOFTENER_TRAIN commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
