DCW_RO_TRAIN_CTRL

RO train start/stop sequencing with low-pressure flush, pressure ramp, permeate divert and membrane protection trips.

Validated application blockDC-WTP · RO & PolishingIEC 61131-3v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DCW_RO_TRAIN_CTRL when a reverse-osmosis train has to be started, stopped and protected automatically — flush before pressurising, ramp the high-pressure pump, hold permeate off the storage tank until it is on spec, and flush the concentrate off the membranes on every stop.

Interface

Supervised control write

DCW_RO_TRAIN_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
