DCW_DI_POLISH_MON

DI / mixed-bed polisher exhaustion monitoring by outlet quality, throughput and ionic load, with staged change-out warning, latched exhaustion divert and a channelling detector.

Validated application blockDC-WTP · RO & PolishingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use DCW_DI_POLISH_MON when a mixed-bed or service-exchange DI polisher sits downstream of RO — for humidification make-up or any high-purity duty — and the bed's exhaustion has to be predicted early enough to order a replacement, and caught reliably enough that breakthrough never reaches the plant.

Supervised control write

DCW_DI_POLISH_MON commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
