DCW_CONDENSATE_RECOVERY

Condensate / reclaim sump transfer with quality-gated divert, stagnation refresh and recovery totalising.

Validated application blockDC-WTP · Reuse, Hygiene & MetricsIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.1.0

When to use it

Use DCW_CONDENSATE_RECOVERY when air-handler condensate, blowdown reclaim or harvested rainwater is collected in a sump and transferred to a makeup or break tank, and off-spec water must be diverted to drain rather than admitted to the treated inventory.

Supervised control write

DCW_CONDENSATE_RECOVERY commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
