DA_SCHEDULE_EXEC
Day-ahead schedule execution: hour-matched row intake, staleness fallback and timed deviation flagging.
When to use it
Use DA_SCHEDULE_EXEC when a site holds a day-ahead position and a scheduling server publishes the hourly net-import target row by row, and the controller must execute the row for the hour it is actually in — or fall back to a declared position when it cannot.
