CRANE_COND_MON

Crane condition monitor: safe-working-period consumption, brake wear, motor-current trend against a learned baseline, and a worst-of health index.

Validated application blockMHE · Safety & DiagnosticsIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use CRANE_COND_MON when a crane, hoist or shuttle mechanism has to be maintained on condition rather than on the calendar — the duty group's safe working period has to be tracked, brake pad wear watched against its limit, and a mechanism degrading under a fixed load caught before it fails.
