CIP_PHASE_SEQ

Clean-in-place phase engine — pre-rinse, caustic, intermediate rinse, acid and final rinse with gated phase timing.

Validated application blockLS · CIP/SIPIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use CIP_PHASE_SEQ when a CIP skid or a cleaning circuit is sequenced through the standard five phases from a recipe number, and the phase timers must only credit time during which circulation and wash temperature were actually proven.

Supervised control write

CIP_PHASE_SEQ commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
