CHEM_TANK_LEVEL

Chemical day-tank inventory with metered consumption, days-of-supply estimate and a dry-run dosing inhibit.

Validated application blockW/WW · Disinfection & ChemicalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use CHEM_TANK_LEVEL when a chemical day tank, drum or IBC feeds a metering pump, and the plant needs a reorder point expressed in days of supply rather than in percent of a tank nobody remembers the size of.

Supervised control write

CHEM_TANK_LEVEL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
