CHECKWEIGH_CTRL

In-line checkweigher with two-sided limit check, drift statistics and a consecutive-reject line stop.

Validated application blockLS · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use CHECKWEIGH_CTRL when every container passes over a dynamic checkweigher after filling or packing, each one has to be judged against a minimum AND a maximum weight, and a run of rejects has to stop the line rather than fill a reject bin.

Interface
