BUSWAY_TAP_MON

Busway tap-off box monitoring: loading against the tap rating, joint temperature rise over ambient and rate of rise.

Validated application blockDCIM · Power ChainIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use BUSWAY_TAP_MON when racks are fed from overhead busway through plug-in tap-off boxes whose bolted or clamped joint is the highest-risk connection in the white space, and that joint is instrumented for temperature.
