BLOWER_MOV_CTRL

Most-open-valve blower header pressure optimisation with demand-based and pressure-based blower staging and a latched cannot-hold alarm.

Validated application blockW/WW · Treatment ProcessIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use BLOWER_MOV_CTRL when several aeration zones share one blower header, each zone holds its own dissolved oxygen with a modulating air valve, and the header pressure setpoint is to be trimmed down to the lowest value that still satisfies the neediest zone.
