Blancher bath temperature control with dwell proving and an infeed permit that drops on under-temperature.

When to use it

Use BLANCHER_CTRL when a steam or hot-water blancher holds a bath at temperature for a fixed product dwell, and product must not be fed into a bath that is below temperature.
