BELT_PRESS_CTRL

Belt filter press sequencing with belt-tracking and wash-water supervision, clamped speed and tension references, and cake tonnage computed from feed solids and capture.

Validated application blockW/WW · Sludge & DigestionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use BELT_PRESS_CTRL when sludge is dewatered on a belt filter press whose belt drive and tension are set from the control system, and whose belt tracking and wash water must be supervised before sludge is fed to it.

Supervised control write

BELT_PRESS_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
