ATS_MONITOR
Automatic transfer switch supervision: source pickup/dropout qualification, position decoding and failed-transfer detection.
When to use it
Use ATS_MONITOR when a utility/generator automatic transfer switch does its own transferring and the building management system has to know, independently of the ATS controller, whether each source is really acceptable and whether the switch actually moved.
