AGGREGATION_CTRL

Parent-child aggregation with over-count, duplicate, no-read and packing-timeout protection.

Validated application blockLS · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use AGGREGATION_CTRL when serialised units are packed into a parent — units into a bundle, bundles into a case, cases onto a pallet — and the parent-child relationship has to be proved complete before the parent code is committed.

Interface

The published port signature. This is the whole of what the block exposes to your program — the implementation body is not shown here and ships with the download.

Supervised control write

AGGREGATION_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
